About me

Valentine Dubus started to study music at the tender age of 5, playing cello. Soon, she discovered a passion for singing, which she first practised in the Children’s Choir of the Music Conservatory of Orléans (France) with Elisabeth Renault. At 15, she dropped cello to join the class of Corinne Sertillanges at the Conservatory of Orleans.

After a History bachelor and an Advanced Développement Award, she joined in 2018 the HEMU in Lausanne, where she got to work with Leontina Vaduva, Eric Cerentola, Marie-Cécile Bertheau and Anthony di Giantomasso, and graduated in 2023.

Still living in Lausanne, she now often collaborates with the Ensemble Vocal de Lausanne, and the Choir of the Opera de Lausanne. In April 2023, she debuted in Lausanne’s Opera  « The Cat/Echo » in Gloria Bruni’s Pinocchio.
